A: The usual membership requirements are:

1. Certificate of Completion of the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES)
2. Duly accomplished membership application form
3. Copy of birth certificate
4. Valid government-issued ID
5. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
6. 2×2 ID photo
7. For alumni: SU alumni ID or transcript of record
8. Initial payment of the membership fee and initial share capital.
